Misty Mountain Hop: All-Mountain Mountain Biking
Biking in the Kootenay Rockies region is the heart and soul of BC riding. The all-mountain trails here represent the epitome of this style of riding, with lots of challenging, grinder climbs and longer-than-normal descents. There is a good mix of technical trail features and steep sections as well.
